Through the RUACH Fund, the greater real estate industry commits to supporting safe communities, diversity, fair housing, freedom of religion and stable property values by providing a unified voice and contributions in the fight against antisemitism, racism, sexism, and other hate crimes. RUACH Fund educates industry members and assists affected people, neighborhoods and organizations.

The Voice and Spirit of Real Estate Defeating Hate
Local communities and the real estate industry are deeply interconnected. Builders develop local land for residential, commercial, and retail use. REALTORS help their clients buy and sell homes and are intricately linked to and ambassadors for the neighborhoods where they sell. Mortgage lenders and title companies facilitate the real estate transaction.
People in the real estate industry care about their communities.
When a hate crime affects the community, it influences perceived safety, neighborhood desirability and property values. RUACH Fund members make a real difference in the communities where we live, work, play and pray through awareness campaigns, education, events, financial contributions and partnerships with other local organizations.

Making A Difference Against Hate Crime
In 2017, there were over 8,400 incidents of hate crime in the United States.
Hate crimes of any kind are a scourge against communities.
Over the last 25 years, the FBI reports that between 60-75% of religious hate crimes committed in the United States are antisemitic, directed at Jewish people, families, businesses, properties, schools, and synagogues

SECURITY AWARENESS & FUNDING
Security today is a reality of life. With this initiative, RUACH Fund's goal is to promote security awareness in the communities we serve. The aftermath of a hate crime requires time, effort, and money to help rebuild, reassure, and re-establish the strength of the affected people, areas, and neighborhood institutions.
